At OptimumNutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
